A major benefit of the VA No Money Down Program is that it gets you, the borrower, into your new home with no money down. And what's more, most of the closing costs can be included in the loan. Goldman & Klein specializes in helping veterans achieve their dream of home ownership. We offer free counseling from start to finish. Visit our VA Loans FAQ page with questions. If you are a Native American Veteran, please see our VA Native American Veterans.

VA loans require stable employment for at least two years. Your employment must also be expected to continue during the foreseeable future. Any gaps in employment must be explained to your loan officer. A VA buyer must also show he or she has some left over income after the mortgage payment each month, so wait on buying your truck or buying your car until after the new loan is processed. Your circumstances are unique to you, and to make your loan the best it can be, we would advise you call or fill out the contact form, and you will be one step ahead in the process of owning your own home. "We found a 4-bedroom home in a great neighborhood. Then we contacted Goldman & Klein. Ken, a veteran himself, took the time to walk us through the whole loan process. Thank you, Ken, you made us happy new homeowners."

Remember, VA-guaranteed financing is a benefit which Congress intended eligible veterans should have when they want to buyreal estate. If you are a member of the army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard, or the reserves, if you are a veteran home buyer or know of one, it makes sense to look into the VA loan program as a good way to finance a home purchase.
