Most traditional lenders take your credit score, debt-to-income ratios, assets and other variables into consideration when determining the amount of money you can borrow and the interest rate you’ll pay on a mortgage. 

Some residents, interns, and newly licensed physicians, because of student loan debts, find they have trouble securing the financing they need at terms they are comfortable with. The bank is willing to loan the money, but they require 5 to 20 percent down, PMI (private mortgage insurance) and a relatively high interest rate.  

We at Goldman & Klein believe in you. We believe that the vast majority of medical students and doctors have a history of paying their mortgage dues on time, and in full. Therefore, we willing and able to help out doing things other lenders can’t, or won’t do.

We have physician loan packages that don’t take student loans into consideration. With our loan programs, your deferred student loans don’t count, because our special physician loan looks to future earnings, not current debt ratios.
